CRAFTMYWISH is an online store specializing in handcrafted and personalized party decorations and gifts. We create custom cake toppers, birthday banners, cupcake toppers, gift tags, photo banners, baby shower decorations, wedding décor, and much more.
2. How do I personalize my order?
Simply enter the required personalization details (such as name, age, date, theme, or message) on the product page before adding the item to your cart. Please double-check your information before placing the order.
3. Can I change my personalization details after placing the order?
Changes can only be made if production has not started. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once production begins, no changes can be made.
4. How long does it take to process my order?
Personalized products usually take 1–3 business days to prepare before shipping. Processing time may vary during festivals, holidays, or peak seasons.
5. How long will delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be 5-9 working days once order is shipped.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Since our products are custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled once personalization has started.
7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was sent.
8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Please contact us within 4 hours of receiving your order and provide:
- Your Order Number
- Video of the damaged product while opening.
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photos of the packaging.
Our support team will review your request and assist you promptly.
9. Will my product look exactly like the images shown?
Our product images are for reference. Since each item is handcrafted, slight variations in color, size, placement, or finishing may occur, making every piece unique.
10. Can I request a completely custom design?
Yes! We love creating custom designs. If you have a unique idea or theme, please contact us before placing your order to discuss your requirements.
11. Do you accept bulk or party orders?
Yes. We accept bulk orders for birthdays, baby showers, weddings, corporate events, schools, and other special occasions. Please contact us for bulk order and custom requirements.
12.Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
No.Since most of our products are personalized.
13.Do you ship across India?
Yes, we deliver personalized products across India.
14.How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where applicable), allowing you to monitor your shipment.
15.Can I place an order without personalization?
Yes. Products are available without customization also just add to cart directly.
16.What if I entered the wrong name or details while ordering?
Please contact us immediately. If production has not started, we'll do our best to update your order. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.
