Section 2 — Access & Account

  • You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use this website
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order
  • CraftmyWish reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time

Section 3 — Our Products

  • All products are subject to availability
  • Product colors and appearances may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor settings
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice
  • For personalized products, you are responsible for providing accurate customization details (name, date, time, venue, etc.) at the time of ordering. CraftmyWish is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer

Section 4 — Orders & Acceptance

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase — it is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation from CraftmyWish
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
  • Once an order for a personalized/customized product has been accepted and production has begun, cancellations may not be accommodated
  • For digital products (soft copy invitations), once the design has been shared via WhatsApp or email, no cancellation or refund is applicable

Section 5 — Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are inclusive of applicable GST for Indian customers
  • International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes applicable in their country — these are not included in the product price or shipping charge
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an order via our accepted payment methods (Razorpay, UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, COD where available)

Section 6 — Shipping & Delivery

  • Domestic (India) orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days; delivery takes 3–7 business days
  • International orders (USA & Canada) ship within 1–3 business days; delivery takes 10–20 business days for standard and 5–8 business days for express
  • Digital products are delivered via WhatsApp or email within 24–48 hours of order confirmation
  • CraftmyWish is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our control
  • Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon handover to the carrier

Section 7 — Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items — personalized and digital products are non-returnable
  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery (72 hours for international orders) with photo/video evidence
  • International orders are not eligible for returns — replacements or store credits are offered instead

Section 8 — Intellectual Property

  • All content on www.craftmywish.com — including designs, images, text, logos, and graphics — is the intellectual property of CraftmyWish unless otherwise stated
  • Some products feature designs based on popular themes (Dinosaur, Unicorn, Barbie, etc.). All third-party artwork belongs to their respective copyright holders. CraftmyWish uses these designs for print-on-demand purposes only and does not claim ownership
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content from this website is strictly prohibited

Section 9 — Third-Party Links & Tools

  • Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party tools (e.g. Razorpay, Shiprocket, Judge.me)
  • CraftmyWish is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party websites or services
  • Third-party tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

Section 11 — Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CraftmyWish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India.
