Thank you for shopping with CraftmyWish! We are committed to delivering your personalized party decor and stationery safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. For personalized/custom products (invitations, cake toppers, banners, etc.), please allow an additional 24–48 hours for customization before dispatch.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • We ship across all major cities and towns in India via trusted courier partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and others via Shiprocket).
  • Remote/rural areas may take additional 2–3 business days.
  • A tracking number will be shared via email/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

  • International orders are shipped from Greater Noida, India via Shiprocket's international carrier network.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local carrier delays, or public holidays.
  • CraftmyWish is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

🛃 Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)

International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means:

  • The product price and shipping charge do not include import duties or customs taxes.
  • Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are due upon delivery.
  • CraftmyWish has no control over customs charges and cannot predict what they may be.
  • We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an international order.

📬 Digital Products (Invitations & Soft Copies)

For digital invitation orders:

  • Your personalized design will be delivered via WhatsApp or email within 24–48 hours of order confirmation and receipt of party details.
  • No physical shipping is involved for digital-only orders.
  • Please share your party details (name, date, time, venue) in the order notes at checkout.

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp. You can track your order on the respective carrier's website or through Shiprocket's tracking portal.

❌ Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing the order. CraftmyWish is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes after dispatch may not be possible.
