Cancellation Policy

At CRAFTMYWISH, every product is custom-made and personalized specifically for you. As a result, we begin processing your order shortly after it is placed.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided production has not started.
Once the personalization or manufacturing process has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Personalized Products

Since our products are made according to the customer's specifications (such as names, ages, dates, colors, photos, or custom designs), they are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production begins.

Reason for Cancellation

We will review your request and confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before production starts, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
