At CRAFTMYWISH, every product is handcrafted and personalized according to your specifications. Because each item is made exclusively for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for most orders.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received a defective product.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The personalization on the product does not match the details submitted in your order due to an error on our part.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or custom-made products where the customer-approved details were used correctly.

  • Products with incorrect personalization details provided by the customer.

  • Products damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or normal wear and tear after delivery.

  • Orders returned without prior approval from our customer support team.

Reporting a Damaged or Incorrect Order

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order Number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of:

    • The product

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Replacement or Refund

If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:

  • Send a replacement product at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Return Shipping

If a return is required due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), CRAFTMYWISH will bear the return shipping cost.

Returns requested for reasons other than our error are not accepted for personalized products.
